Do I have to pay city tax?

Yes.  Many cities in Japan charge guests an accommodation tax - the amount of tax differs depending on the city government. 

 

All accommodation taxes are in Japanese Yen, calculated per person per night.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for free up to 72 hours before check-in.  Within 72 hours, guests will be charged for the full booking amount.

How do I pay?

For your convenience, we autocharge your credit card 5 hours before check-in time on the day or arrival.  That way you don't waste time at the front desk processing payments.

However, if you prefer to pay in person - please contact our hotel.  We can accept cash and credit card.

What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out starts at 10 AM.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, in case you arrive early and want to drop off your luggage.
 
You can arrange late check-out or early check-in for a small fee.  Late check-out runs until 1 PM, giving you more time to sleep in and relax before leaving.  Early check-in starts from 10 AM.  Both services will be subject to availability so make sure to notify us during your booking.
